Common Ground is adopting a new strategy based on learnings developed over five years of operation. This strategy places First Nations communities and the power of storytelling at the centre of our work.
It positions us as a strategic facilitator across storytelling. We facilitate spaces, opportunities, experiences, channels, resources and relationships so we can strengthen the storytelling ecosystem and our place in it.
If First Nations people have the power and resources to share stories on our terms, we can shift mindsets towards accountability. If we can shift mindsets towards accountability, we can change systems so they centre First Nations community aspirations.
